Below You Will Find Our Company COVID-19 FAQ

The staff at The Property Manager Guys is monitoring and following the guidance of local, state and national officials.  We are also following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as the situation evolves.

1.What Maintenance Will Be Handled? 

          -Due to increased call volume, only emergency maintenance requests through the online portal

2. What Is An Emergency Maintenance Request?

          -Examples include: Septic Draining Issue, Some Plumbing Issues, Some A/C Issues, No Water. *Please remember sanitation wipes are not an approved item to be flushed down toilets. If a plumber finds wipes in a clogged drain, you will be responsible for the charge!*

3. What Precautions Have Maintenance Vendors Been Taking?

          -Our maintenance vendors have been instructed to practice social distancing to include waving instead of shaking hands or other techniques. Our vendors have been instructed to wear shoe coverings, gloves and wash hands prior to entering a residents home. Additionally our vendors will be asking questions when reaching out to schedule service about potential exposure and health status in order to help prevent any potential for spread.

4. How Can I Protect Myself & Loved Ones From The Spread Of COVID-19?

        -We are all working together to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please follow the Steps to Prevent Illness from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to protect you and your loved ones. Keep checking this page for updates on our response to COVID-19.

5. I Am No Longer Working Due To COVID-19, What Can I Do?

          -Rent payments are to be made by portal or via your pay slip (provided the stores are still open). The pay slip is located in the documents section of your portal.  If you are currently in a situation which will require relief from your rent payment, please fill out the form below.
